Job Description
About Us: At Aesthetic Labs by Tibbi, we are focused on providing exceptional service in the aesthetics industry. We’re seeking a motivated Calling Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to clients for feedback.
- Follow up and remind clients as necessary.
- Document and analyze client responses.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance our services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service experience (1 year required).
- Detail-oriented and confident.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9-hour shifts.
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Pay: PKR 30,00-35,00 per month + incentives.
