Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, payments, and returns.
- Maintain logs and update the status of help desk tickets.
- Provide guidance on software usage and order processing.
- Document IT incidents and their resolutions.
Requirements: An intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s preferred) along with 0-1 year of experience. Basic MS Excel skills and strong communication abilities are essential. Candidates must reside in Lahore.
Compensation: Monthly salary between Rs 30,00.00 and Rs 40,00.00.
