Job Description
ASK Development, a respected telecom company, is actively seeking motivated individuals for the role of Inbound Customer Care Agent. In this position, you will primarily serve as a Banking Helpline Agent, responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Addressing and resolving customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Managing orders and maintaining customer account details.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Experience: At least 6 months in the banking sector, specifically in customer service
- Location: Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs37,00.00 to Rs55,00.00, with performance-based incentives.
