Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify their travel needs.
- Provide expert travel advice and manage ticketing using computerized systems.

Requirements:
- 1 year experience in a travel agency.
- Proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
