Job Description
CLOUD DATA PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Debt Collector to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Keep records of all customer communications to build individual debtor cases.
- Identify and track outstanding payments.
- Use databases to monitor and update outstanding accounts.
- Follow up with customers to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum graduation, strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential.
