Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a UK-based taxi firm operating from E11-2 Islamabad, is expanding its operations into Pakistan. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in dealing with UK clients, cab dispatching, and booking. Familiarity with Icabbi is a plus.
Responsibilities: Answer calls, provide customer service, allocate bookings, handle complaints, and address queries.
