Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to be the primary contact for our customers. You will assist with inquiries, claims processing, and provide general support for home warranty coverage. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a customer service focus.
Requirements:
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills
- Preferred: Six months of experience
- Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Ability to work night shifts
