Job Description
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Smart Brains Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to lead our ACA, Medicare, and MVA Insurance Campaign for a prominent telecommunications company.
Base Salary: Up to $100K plus bonuses
Requirements:
- Previous experience in BPO/Call Center roles
- Proven skills in team building, coaching, and leadership
- At least 6 months in a similar leadership position
- Experience in managing agents
Location: I-9/3 Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
