Job Description
The Hive is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide detailed information about our coworking spaces. You’ll assist with scheduling tours and be the first point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and feedback calls.
Qualifications include proven experience in customer service or sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
