Job Description
We are in search of a dependable and organized Nanny Supervisor to manage daily operations for our family support team, which includes nannies and tutors. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a responsible approach to childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of nannies and tutors
- Maintain consistent communication with all staff members
- Collect and relay updates from caregivers
- Ensure real-time location sharing during off-site events
- Review daily summary reports and adhere to privacy protocols
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in English, knowledge of child safety, and flexibility to work across various time zones.
Hourly Rate: $2.50 – $3.50. Job Type: Full-time, Contract.
