Job Description
Jazee Automation is on the lookout for a skilled Technical Writer to produce clear, precise, and engaging user manuals and documentation for our range of products, including APIs, SDKs, and end-user applications. This role involves collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-caliber content that enhances user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update user guides and API documentation.
- Translate complex information into user-friendly content.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience in technology or SaaS.
