Job Description

Corporate Canteen is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to strengthen our hospital procurement team. The successful candidate will efficiently oversee the purchasing of medical equipment, consumables, pharmaceuticals, and general supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess purchasing requirements in collaboration with department heads.
• Identify and engage with vendors to request quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines effectively.
• Generate purchase orders and monitor delivery processes.
• Maintain meticulous procurement records and vendor correspondence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Office.
