Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance lead conversion rates from social media platforms.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Prior call center experience and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Sales experience is mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
