Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd is looking for motivated candidates to fill the position of Part-Time Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our clients in the United States, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives
Salary: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month
Location: Karachi, Gulshan-E-Iqbal (In-person attendance required)
