Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to oversee incoming booking calls from customers throughout the UK. In this role, you will enter journey details, dispatch vehicles, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming booking calls.
- Record and maintain accurate booking information.
- Use dispatch software for job allocation.
- Track driver progress to ensure timely pickups.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of taxi dispatch experience.
- Knowledge of UK geography is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs450.00 – Rs550.00 per month
