As an Area Sales Manager at Nestlé Pakistan, you will serve as the primary contact for all sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Field Sales, managing Distributors, and nurturing Customer relationships within your assigned area. Your primary objective will be to attain and exceed all sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and surpass assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement effective field sales strategies.
- Oversee distributor operations to ensure efficiency.
- Execute Channel Category plans at Points of Purchase.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in field sales.
