Job Description
Join our team at Brickclay as an HR Executive! We are seeking candidates with a BBA/MBA qualification who are skilled in managing employment resumes, conducting background checks, maintaining applicant logs, and supporting new employee orientations. As an HR Executive, you will also process employee terminations, handle unemployment claims, and assist in job analysis and benefit plans.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong reporting skills, organization, and confidentiality while effectively communicating and working within a team.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Good Communication Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
