Job Description
SKIN XPERTS PVT LTD is currently seeking a skilled HR Executive to ensure our organization’s operations are secure and efficient. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing operational reports, facilitating meetings, assisting in budget preparation, updating policy manuals, managing the recruitment and training of staff, and monitoring personnel needs.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, 1-2 years of HR experience, proficiency in HR software such as Jobsite, knowledge of labor laws, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
This position offers full-time working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00.
