Job Description
Yodo Designs is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team full-time in Lahore. In this role, you will be essential in supporting the company’s growth by executing key HR processes, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly recruit and onboard developers, designers, and marketers at all levels, from management to entry-level positions.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate attendance tracking for all employees.
- Promote a positive office culture that aligns with company values and encourages employee engagement.
- Address employee discipline matters in line with company policies and local regulations.
- Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and promote professional development.
- Provide HR support to employees, ensuring compliance with local laws and best practices.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations, performance management, and career development.
- Oversee onboarding and retention efforts for a smooth integration of new hires.
- Resolve employee issues and manage redeployment and exit processes.
- Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and personnel administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Fluent in English with experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven track record in recruiting and improving talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment.
