Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Salary: PKR 45,00 – 50,00/month with unlimited incentives
Locations: Gulshan-e-Iqbal & Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-site)
Shifts: 6:00 PM–2:00 AM, 8:00 PM–4:00 AM, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (Monday-Saturday)
Potential Earnings: Up to PKR 200,00/month!
Responsibilities:
– Address international customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
– Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
– Maintain high service quality standards.
Qualifications:
– Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
– Basic computer and typing skills.
– Availability for night shifts (Monday-Saturday).
(Experience is a plus but not required)
