Position Overview:
As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting new customers and driving growth for our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive lead generation strategy to enhance our outreach efforts and expand our subscriber base.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new lead opportunities using various platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Lusha, and Apollo.io.
- Conduct outreach through email campaigns using tools like Mailshake, Lemlist, Reply.io, and cold calls to engage potential leads.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot) with accurate lead information.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies for identifying and engaging potential customers via LinkedIn outreach and email outreach.
- Spearhead lead generation campaigns from conception to execution, including defining campaign objectives, targeting criteria, messaging, and creative assets. Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize results and ROI.
- Regularly report on the progress of lead generation initiatives to management, providing insights into key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize data-driven analysis to refine strategies and achieve targets.
- Utilize excellent communication and advertisement skills to effectively manage marketing activities and present our services to interested audiences.
- Plan, conduct a market study, and understand market intelligence data in order to evaluate and develop solutions to meet the logistics needs of B2C and B2B e-Commerce players, commodities, and overseas destination
- Analyze, plan and implement resource requirements necessary to achieve targeted revenues and volume by working closely with the operations/business services management team and country management team.
- Prioritize effectively, keep track of monthly progress and ensure thorough follow-up and be systematic in approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 year proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, with a track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present and articulate ideas to diverse audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
