Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is seeking a talented and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and expand our advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok Ads. Your primary focus will be on leveraging performance and data to enhance return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Create compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Report key metrics and scale successful campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google, Meta, or TikTok ads.
- Strong understanding of essential marketing metrics.
- Creative mindset with a focus on testing.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or fashion is a plus.
