About This Role
We’re a fast-growing professional services and consulting firm specializing in CRM implementations and custom solutions. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a variety of operational and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a support role, enjoys managing multiple tasks, and values being an essential part of keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Enter and manage information across multiple platforms and assist with CRM functions.
- Communicate with internal and external partners using tools like email, Slack, and Asana.
- Track and manage timesheets to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with creating reports and spreadsheets (daily production reports, task tracking, etc.)
- Support day-to-day operations and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Help with system monitoring and troubleshoot minor issues, escalating problems when necessary.
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
What You’ll Need:
- University Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and keep things moving.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to take initiative on various operational tasks.
