Job Description
ESAJEES is looking for a qualified Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our grocery store. The successful candidate will prioritize efficient, customer-focused operations while managing staffing, inventory, and overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations, including staffing and inventory management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address escalated issues effectively.
- Enforce store policies and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to enhance performance.
Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business or a related field, 5-8 years of retail operations experience, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in POS systems.
