Job Description
Translation Empire PK is on the lookout for a committed Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition efforts. In this pivotal role, you will assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and engaging exceptional technical talent. This position is ideal for proactive individuals eager to learn more about the technical recruitment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and reflect company culture.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Utilize recruitment platforms such as Workable ATS and LinkedIn.
- Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes to improve the candidate experience.
Requirements:
- MA/BA Degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- Fundamental knowledge of recruitment tools and processes.
Work is based in-office from 10 am to 7 pm in DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi, with a market-competitive salary.
