Job Description
Meds Nexus is currently seeking a talented Sales Specialist/Sr. Sales Specialist or Business Development Analyst with strong English communication skills, preferably with a North American accent, to join our Pre-Sales department. This position offers a competitive salary along with commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales communications effectively.
- Convert leads into loyal clients.
- Coordinate meetings using Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
- Create detailed analysis reports and meeting minutes.
- Resolve customer complaints while delivering effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
