Job Description
Hiring Solutions is looking for a committed Senior HR Operational Manager to lead payroll processing and employee records management. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of specialized experience in HR operations, particularly in payroll management, personnel file organization, and exit procedures.
Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate payroll execution, managing employee records, and overseeing exit processes, including documentation and final settlements.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, in-depth knowledge of HRMS and labor regulations, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
