Job Description
We are in search of a committed Senior Manager of Industrial Relations to craft and implement strategies that enhance relationships between employees and management. The successful candidate will proficiently address and resolve grievances and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
As the main liaison with EOBI, PESSI, and other regulatory entities, you will ensure employees have access to welfare programs while protecting the interests of our organization.
