Job Description
Caregenix Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing exceptional talent through diverse job advertisements, managing the comprehensive recruitment process, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Your key responsibilities include extending job offers, conducting negotiations, and guiding candidates throughout their onboarding journey. This full-time position requires night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday through Friday.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $110,00 annually, with work conducted in person at our office.
