Job Description
The Women’s Empowerment Group is actively looking for dedicated Call Center Agents to connect with potential donors and supporters in order to raise funds for Pink Ribbon Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals and organizations, sharing the hospital’s mission and fundraising objectives, answering inquiries, and promoting donations. Effective maintenance of call logs and donor data is essential, as is fostering long-term donor relationships.
Applicants should possess strong communication skills in Urdu and English, demonstrate confidence and empathy during calls, and prior experience in fundraising or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
