Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
- Oversee onboarding and employee orientation.
- Administer employee recognition and performance management programs.

- Address inquiries and manage disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
