Job Description
ESOLS Ecommerce Solution is seeking a qualified Junior HR Manager to oversee recruiting, training, and employee performance development programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources and will manage hiring processes and referral programs.
Responsibilities: Prepare job descriptions, assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, conduct orientations, complete termination paperwork, and coordinate training.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 1-2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail.
Location: Office NO 7, 3rd Floor VIP Plaza I-8 Markaz Islamabad
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
