Job Description
Callify is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries promptly, communicating through various channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Fluency in English and experience in customer sales is required. This full-time position is based in Giga Mall, with morning shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer a competitive salary of Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month, plus perks like fuel allowance, free meals, and medical insurance.
