Job Description
We are searching for an experienced HR Executive to join our team at Pegasus BPO for the night shift (6:00 pm to 1:00 am). The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge in Human Resources with experience managing HR processes within a BPO environment.
Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, overseeing recruitment, providing strategic HR guidance, monitoring performance, handling grievances, and developing employee relations programs.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, experience in an HR role, and excellent communication skills, all while being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
