Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage customer service inquiries for our international clients via phone and email. The ideal candidate will identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction while following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries over phone and email.
