Job Description

We’re excited to announce an immediate job opening for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist at our call center.

Salary: 80,00 PKR/month

Shift: Night Shift (7 PM to 4 AM)

Location: AI Growth Solutions, Lahore Johar Town

About the Role: You will ensure the highest quality standards in our sales operations for Internet, cable TV, and home phone services to American customers.

Requirements: 1 year of QA experience, strong listening skills, knowledge of sales processes, and effective communication skills.
