The role involves handling inbound customer service calls, providing online support, and following up on fault rectifications. Responsibilities include creating Network Trouble Tickets and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, with 1 year of call center experience in a UK-based campaign.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, plus incentives.
