Job Description

A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative. Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound calls
• Addressing customer inquiries
• Managing customer complaints

Requirements:

• Age: 18 – 35
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center, preferably with UK-based campaigns
• Fluent in English

Salary: Rs 45,00 per month (including incentives up to Rs 15,00)
