Job Description

Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Smart Move Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions related to our software products.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone; diagnose and resolve software issues; document customer interactions; and maintain knowledge base articles.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), experience in customer support, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of Asp.Net and SQL Server is preferred.
Salary: Rs28,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month.
