Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team at Orient Biz Tech. In this full-time role, you will engage with US-based businesses and promote our digital marketing services, including SEO, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing.
Key Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining high product knowledge. The position requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a basic understanding of digital marketing.
Work hours are from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Saturday & Sunday are off. Pay ranges from Rs35,00 to Rs45,00 per month, based on experience.
