Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Oversee performance management and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
• Develop HR strategies to support business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with 3 in a managerial role.
