Job Description

A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls
• Addressing customer inquiries
• Managing customer complaints

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
• Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based companies
• Salary: Rs45,00 with incentives up to Rs15,00

• Shifts: Rotational for males and morning only for females; work-from-home options available after probation
