Job Description

Steps Ahead Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Sialkot. You will be responsible for driving business sales of our newly launched detergent powder brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales targets
• Evaluating and appointing distributors
• Executing sales strategies
• Coordinating with distributors
• Ensuring timely recovery of invoiced amounts
• Tracking sales volume and value
• Regular reporting of sales trends

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Graduation or higher education

Package:

Monthly Salary: Rs. 90,00 plus benefits.
