Job Description
ESOLS is seeking a talented HR Executive to lead our recruiting and employee development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating referral programs, managing hiring processes, and maintaining employee records. A strong background in Human Resources is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions and post ads.
- Assist in recruitment and issue contracts.
- Maintain employee records and perform orientations.
- Handle termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Serve as the contact for benefit vendors.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate training sessions and produce HR reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
