Job Description

The Fresh CSR will be responsible for providing support through phone, email, and live chat. Key qualifications include strong communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

This is a full-time, night shift position at our Rawalpindi office. Experience in customer service is preferred, and candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
