Job Description
The Immigration Counselor Manager at Global Immigration Consultants will lead a dedicated team of immigration counselors, ensuring the provision of exceptional immigration services. This role includes managing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the immigration team.
- Stay updated on immigration law changes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Advise clients on case processing and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in immigration services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Shift Timings: 10am to 6pm (Mon-Fri), 12pm to 6pm (Sat)
