Job Description
DAR E ARQAM SCHOOLS is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Training to assist in the development and implementation of effective training programs that address organizational needs. The ideal candidate will conduct training needs assessments, collaborate with department heads, coordinate onboarding sessions, and manage training materials.
Qualifications include an M.PHIL degree, 2-4 years of experience in training, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Learning Management Systems, and a commitment to continuous learning. A willingness to travel across Pakistan is essential.
