Job Description
FinLeap Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through APP online consultations, phone calls, and emails, providing timely and accurate responses. You will also be responsible for regular communication with the business group, reporting customer issues, and collaborating on optimization plans for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Aged 20-30 years, with at least a junior high school education.
- Strong analytical, judgment, and communication skills; willingness to make customer calls.
- Proficient in office software, particularly Excel and Word.
- Flexible with scheduling arrangements.
- Fluent in Urdu and English.
