Job Description
On Call Solutions is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include managing property listings, updating online listings, and maintaining accurate inventory in our CRM system. You will also monitor agent performance, qualify leads, coordinate viewings, and assist in tenancy contract finalization.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of real estate support experience, proficiency in CRM systems, and strong organizational and communication skills. Female candidates preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
Location: Onsite at our office in PWD Islamabad. Pay starts from Rs50,00.00 per month.
