Job Description
Join Abacus Consulting as a Customer Service Representative for our international UAE campaign! Your primary responsibilities will involve managing customer service inquiries via phone and email, identifying customers’ needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate English proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in international customer support or call center is a plus
- Capability to handle complaints effectively via email and phone
Salary: Earn up to 60K (50K basic + 10K incentive). Flexibility for all shifts is required.
